What is your current employment status?
Currently, I’m working in a permanent role as the Finance Carrier Relationship Manager at a global third-party claims service provider – a position presented to me by Messina’s Financial Temps division.
Did the position you secured align with your career goals?
Yes, very much so. The first job I accepted through Messina Group was a short-term consulting opportunity. When my project ended, the client then offered me a full-time opportunity in my current role. I accepted their offer because I really enjoyed how challenging and interesting this job was, and still is today.
How did you first start working with Messina Group?
I first started working with Messina Group in a client capacity. The company I previously worked at used Messina’s staffing services, so I regularly worked with the head of their Financial Temps division to fulfill some of my hiring needs. I ended up forming a great professional relationship with the people I worked with, and when I decided to start looking for a new position, I knew I had to reach out to Messina first.
What did you like most about working with Messina's Recruiters?
The recruiters I worked with were always available and more than willing to go the extra mile to make things happen for me. They were also extremely responsive whenever I reached out and listened to everything I had to say.
How has your experience with Messina Group differed from other agencies you’ve worked with?
My experience with other staffing agencies have been mediocre at best. I know they were trying to do everything right, but Messina always made me feel like I was more of a priority. The employees that work at Messina are exceptional, and I was constantly reassured that they were more focused on what I was interested in rather than what worked for them.
